ah_yaiyam_ [ENG below] 사실 저는 이 옷을 입으면서 학부모 회의에 참석하러 가는 학부형 된 기분이 들었어요. 집에 있는 제일 무난하고 단정한 옷으로 차려입은 그런 느낌적인 느낌! 그런데 뜻밖에도 너무나 많은 분들이 칭찬을 해주셔서 어안이 벙벙한 며칠이였습니다. 예쁜 이름도 추천 많이 해주셨는데 꽃이름도 많았고, 제가 임시로 지어놓았던 클로버를 추천해주신 분들도 계셨구요. 외국 분들까지 덧글을 남기셔서 하나씩 보는데 시간이 참 오래 걸렸네요. 😊 그 중에 가장 마음에 들었던 이름은 @happysun74 님의 '바램' @taeeun.yoon 님의 '언젠가' @frult812 님의 'Mellow' @choifiore 님의 '봄과 여름사이' @soojungmin 님의 '코코니트리' 이렇게 5가지였는데요.. 고민 고민 끝에 '봄과 여름사이'를 골랐는데 이게 한글로 하면 꽤나 감성적이고 지금 날씨에 어울리는 이름인데 영어로 직역하면 너무 평범해지더라구요. 그래서 딱 요맘때의 봄날이 연상되는 적당한 단어를 찾다보니 May Breeze가 떠올랐어요. 한글로 하면 '오월의 바람'이 되겠네요. 봄과 여름 사이에서 시작되어 May breeze가 되고 '오월의 바람'이 되었어요. 😊 이벤트에 참여해주신 모든 분들께 감사드립니다. That kind of feeling. So for the past few days, I’ve been genuinely surprised and overwhelmed by how many lovely compliments it received. So many of you also joined in to suggest names for it. There were many beautiful flower-inspired names, and some of you even suggested Clover, which was the temporary name I had been using. It took me quite a while to read through all of your thoughtful ideas one by one. 😊 The name I loved the most in Korean was “Between Spring and Summer.” In Korean, it feels very poetic and perfectly matches this season, but when translated directly into English, it sounded a little too ordinary. So I searched for words that could capture the feeling of these gentle spring days, and May Breeze came to mind. This cardigan’s name is now #MayBreeze 🌿 Thank you so much to everyone who cheered for me and shared your lovely ideas. The pattern is currently being prepared in 8 sizes: 80 / 85 / 90 / 95 / 100 / 110 / 120 / 130, and I’m planning to begin looking for testers around May 11. I’ll share more updates with you soon. 🥰
