Last weekend we gathered for our first ever Winter Reset and honestly, the energy in this space was something else. We opened with intention setting, moved through a beautiful sound bath, brought the heat with a traditional Aufguss in the sauna, and closed the night with journaling and a cacao ceremony to honour the season ahead. That last mouthful of cacao poured into the fire to carry our intentions with it, manifesting into reality everything we set at the start of the night. Ritual, warmth, community, presence.
