On January 1, 2026, our shop was featured on <Local Fantasy> :) They introduced our signature sourdough with a beautifully opened crumb. Lately, we can really feel how much more popular our hearty, everyday breads have become. Baked at high temperature, it’s crispy on the outside and soft and chewy inside, made with organic whole wheat and organic rye for a nutty flavor with a gentle tang. A bread that anyone can enjoy. It’s delicious even with just a spread of cream cheese, and perfect for sandwiches or an easy home brunch.
